Parsons Elementary School – Mark Mathis, Principal
Mark is a 26-year teaching veteran of the Decatur County School System. During his tenure, Mark has served in the capacity of assistant school principal for twelve years, 2004-2016. Mark graduated from Riverside High School in 1990. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin. He received his Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from Freed Hardeman University.
