Students at Decatur County Middle School enjoyed their nine weeks reward day which is based on academics and good behavior.  This program, ROAR, which stands for Responsible, Outstanding, Accountable, and Respectful, is part of the behavioral intervention program required by state law, RTI2-B.  Students that have shown good behavior and have done well in their classes were able to participate in this activity day the Friday before Fall Break.  Students had a fun filled day with games, a trip to the park, movies, and snacks.   Students and staff enjoyed this celebration day together and are looking forward to ROAR day in December! Thank you to everyone in the school system and community that helped to make this day a success for our students!
