Decatur County Schools

Ms. Paulita Carter, custodian extraordinaire, was named Decatur County Middle School’s Employee of the Month for December!  Ms. Paulita always does her duties with a smile and sweet word of encouragement.  “Ms. Paulita Works hard everyday with a smile on her face!”    “Ms. Paulita is always smiling and happy to help. Her positivity and personality always brighten my day.” The comments about Ms. Paulita having a smile and nice word for her colleagues and students were ongoing amongst the survey results.  Other DCMS employees said, “        Ms. Paulita is such a hard worker... actually she's the best janitor I've had since being at DCMS. She is always smiling and never fails to ask if I need anything else after she's cleaned my room.”  We are very lucky to have Ms. Paulita and she always makes the school a little brighter with her presence!
