Decatur County Schools

Mrs. Jessica Brockman, Kindergarten Teacher, was named Teacher of the Month at Decaturville Elementary School. Mrs. Melinda Thompson was asked why Jessica was chosen and she said, “Jessica always gives 100% with her kids. She is always willing to help others. She always wants to encourage her students, but loves, motivates, & encourages them along the way.”  Mrs. Jessica has been teaching in Decatur County, after graduating from Riverside High School and earning her elementary education degree, for over 11 years.  We are so glad to have Mrs. Jessica and are glad she decided to make Decatur County Schools her home!
