Decatur County Schools

Ms. Mary Beth Scott was named Teacher of the Month at Parsons Elementary School for the month of November. Her fellow teachers said, “She is so friendly, and her students are always well-behaved in hallways and class. She is on top of things. She has genuine care for the kids’ learning. She gives so much to the kids. She cares about her students and takes her responsibilities to heart!” Ms. Mary Beth is such an asset to Decatur County, and we are so proud she chose to spend her career educating our students!
